Ordinal 20 appears and Microstudio,Vogone won't launch - upgrade Windows Media Player

I get the following error messagw when trying to launch either Microstudio or Vogone:

The ordinal 20 could not be located in the dynamic link library DRMCLIEN.DLL

Keyrite and KH PRo launch normally. I already downloaded and installed ActiveX 9.0c

Any ideas?

Ordinal 20 error message-- more info

Sorry-- I did not mention my versions of the affected programs. The Microstudio is 3.001 and Vogone -- 3.106

I tried removing both programs wit the setup.exe utility, and then re-installing each program but still had no luck. Hoping I don't heve to go into the registry.

Regards,
Mike

Try updating your Windows Media Player. Or better yet use the Custom Update and get all the updates from Microsoft.

Smile Solved it!

I did upgrade the Media Player from 7.1 to 9.0 (I'm a W2000 user) and that took care of the problem. Thanks for the advice.
