Administration Help - New Forum Sign UP

I recommended Microstudio to a friend. He signed up for a store account, ordered and downloaded. He was afraid to set it up on his own so brought his pc to my place and we set it up just fine.

We then proceeded to set him up on the forum. BUT he could only see limited topics, ie Forum, How to, KH Pro and Buy/Save. Does not look at all like when I sign on and see 9 topics in all and most importantly Microstudio.

So we tried again, and again. Same thing. And now, it tells him he is restricted!!! Now I am wondering if you could just blank out all the forum setup for Buzzjr and Buzzjr2 and related data so we can try yet again. But leave the store account like it is. It works.

Also, he does have a support id and we signed on and tried to submit a ticket but after selecting support and clicking next nothing happens.

The On-Line store and the forum are NOT tied together. The passwords are NOT related. If you put in a support ticket, keep an eye on it or start another one.

Try the forum again, you may have hit a "web fart".
