help with upgrade

i need help i have microstudio 2.o on my desktop with windows xp
just bought a hp pavillion dv 6208 notebook with windows vista
i know i cant run microstudio 2.o in vista so do i have to purchase microstudio 4.1 for 39.95 or can i just purchase the upgrade for 25.95
any help will be great thanks

The upgrade according to the website. You will get a new registration number with it because the old one won't work with the newer versions.

i tried the update so far it loaded great will try it out this weekend
thanks again

now another ? when will hoster release version 4 with rotation upgrade help
