Question Microstudio Version 4.0 Installation Error

I can't get past the install wizard startup. Right towards the completion it comes back with "Unhandled Exception" error# 0X80040703 "failed to find DLL function:_ismtu.setpersonalinfo". My Windows XP is current. Previous Version 2.609 is still installed.

I checked the faq's. Click this link to read. It seems you need to run windows update again. Something on the update must not have installed.

After you click your Windows "Update" link and get the Microsoft page, click the CUSTOM link. I was always clicking the EXPRESS link, and it just does NOT do a full upgrade. Click CUSTOM.
