Record someone singing ?

How easy is it to record someone singing to the hard drive on the
computer, while you use Microstudio to play a cdg karaoke file?
I would like to record someone singing to a wav file, while they
are singing to karaoke thru Microstudio. Has anyone tried to
do this? How did it turn out? ... What did you do to get it to work?
