Upgrade to 3.001
I am a long time member and purchased Microstudio 3.000 when it came out. I never got an email or response from MTU when 3.001 came out. I have tried to email them several times, with no answer.

Go to Support Center and open a ticket. That will get a faster response from them. They get so much email (much of it spam) that they have a hard time picking out the legit ones.

Well Computxt13, you've got the same problem. We sent you the 3.001 upgrade email, and you didn't receive it.
It has become impossible for us to maintain the download links for prior orders to deliver free upgrades. Currently, our only option (without massive theft) is to email the users we have on record to come get their free upgrade. Be sure your Store Account email is current, and submit a Support Ticket if it is not so we can change it and prevent problems that your changing it will create. The Internet and web sites are great, but also a great big headache sometimes! If you don't find our email, include that in your Support Ticket with an email we can send to. If you have AOL, Hotmail, etc. be sure to FIRST post "@mtu.com" in your "whitelist" to insure you receive what we send. We DISCOURAGE emailing as we get between 150,000 - 180,000 per DAY, and have 3 spam arrestors to sort out the garbage. Often good emails with the "wrong words" as a subject get rejected also. Dale is right... we setup the Support Center as the ONLY way to safely contact us. We just removed the requirement to register so you can create a ticket. if you don't register, the script doesn't have your email and you won't be notified; you'll have to visit and view your Support Ticket to see our answers. Your choice... |

I received this email from mtu that my message was answered in the forum so I guess I can receive emails from MTU. I also did send in a trouble ticket tha never got answered. I realize you have many customers, but you forgot me.
My store account is set up with my proper email. |
