E-mail confirmation????
I know this isn't the proper place to put this but I am completely frustrated and cannot get to the proper place! I have tried to register to post a trouble ticket but cannot get an e-mail confirmation to complete the registration. I have tried multiple times, it is not in my spam or junk folder. I have also tried to get into my account but my password does not work. I click on the link to get the e-mail for a new password and the e-mail never comes. I have tried for 4 days and I cannot get anything. I had the same problem when I first purchased MicroStudio - the confirmation e-mail never came and I had to call for it. I want to make a purchase but I have NO CONFIDENCE at this point that I can get thru. What is going on with the "instant e-mail" links????

If you are an AOL user, they may be blocking those emails. They have done that in the past to MTU. You might try getting a Yahoo or Google account (both are free) and using that as your MTU account.

Thanks for the reply, Douglass. My e-mail account is through Verizon and they do not have very good filtering of anything (I wish they did). I got the e-mail confirmation of my registration for this forum just fine. Don't understand why nothing else comes through.
