Advertising on singers monitor

Hello every one
Does anybody know how to put different info on the singers monitor
namely the Pubs special drinks to night ,when you perform again ,maybe
pictures of past Karaoke's, lots of ideas (rent this space) Ive tryed messing around with Microsoft power point it does not seem to run
As you can see the idea is to have a short message in between songs
Can you run two programms at once many thanks all

I use my backup laptop and an A/B switch all the time.
Always get compliments on my show being much more netresting than the others.
