Newly Found bugs in Microeditor 5.3

Display Resolution is set at 800 X 600 Large fonts (This is the only Resolution that this appears to happen, and must be at Large Fonts)

View is set at 1 second (small gridlines)

Clipboard has 4 segments
Project view has 4 segments showing also.

Using the group move command (Ctrl + Left click on the segment)
Only on the bottom-most segment.

Error Number 1023

Please scroll up before using the move all operation on the bottom segment in the display.

No scroll bar is showing on the right hand side of the screen.
