Karaoke Zip

Im New At This So I Might Be Doing This Wrong. When I Click On Karaoke Zip To Move The Selected Items, An Application Error
Comes Up Saying This Application Failed To Intialize Properly
What Does This Mean How Do I Correct This.thanks Joe
