Just Starting

Just trying to get started with Suite 4, on a brand new lap top running XP, and we're having a problem getting the music to come up. We've put in the lyrics, put a converted wav file in the list (just one to make it simple), clicked on Add Music, and get only white noise. We've waited to make sure that lack of a title page wasn't doing it, and the wav file plays with Media Player. Any ideas?

Converted Wave File Questions

How big is the wave file? What kind of file did you convert it from? How did you convert it? Probably you either gave up or figured it out. What was your solution?

Smile Wav file

We were using an mp3 file that we converted to wav with creative converter and it would not play, we finally got a hold of tech support and got all of our bugs worked out, and have the system working well at this point.

The .wav file must be stereo 44.1KHz sample rate. Often the problem is one or the other of these is not followed.
