There is no download link showing for my Keyrite Pro order. I need to reinstall and cannot locate my original downloaded file.

Hum... I just checked and found a link for order #24630 for Keyrite. It was installed by sean at tech-tronicsinc in the past, so the link has existed. Go back to your Store Account and click on the 24630 order link and scroll to the very bottom of the order page. That is where your link should be.

You should be able to download Keyrite 2.010 today. We just moved our web site to a new web master (actually our one before our just terminated one) and he must update the download database to deliver the new Keyrite 2.010 and Hoster 3.303. When you click the download links, if you don't see these numbers in the respective filenames, try again later today or tomorrow when the numbers do appear. That way, you will get the latest versions available to you.

The link you are referring to was my original order. On June 5th I upgraded to Keyrite Pro order 28288. I understand clicking on the link for the upgrade but there is no link showing for the Keyrite upgrade. In my store account it shows the following:

Only the description of the product shows in the first field:

Keyrite Home 1.302 or 1.400, Upgrade to Pro 2.008 shows email & reg info
has no download graphic

View your Account again. There were two records, which might have prevented proper display of your "one" account. I deleted the account with no orders in it.

If you still don't find your download link, post back here and we'll fix it another way.
