Plextor Drive is stuck.

Hope someone can help.

I have been happily converting my karaoke tracks to KMA files onto my external hard drive.

Suddenly, for no reason, when I clicked on "Add disc tracks to import" my drive and programmes on my computer froze.

Now unless I eject any disc that is in my plextor drive (52/24/52A) be it karaoke or audio, until I take the disc that is in there, out, I can't use the computer.

I have checked the drive in systems, and it shows that apparently it is working fine.

Any ideas
