Question about bad graphics
I'm using a Sony CRX-140E. I noticed that when I rip CDGs made by "Sing It Now" that there is a little garbage when using the Microstudio Demo. Has anyone else noticed this? This doesn't happen with Sweet Georgia Brown or Essential Karaoke CDGs. Do you think my "Sing It Now" discs are really bad? I'm using originals. I don't have a dedicated karaoke player yet but I'm curious to see what happens with a standalone player.
I'm using the following "Sing It Now" CDGs. POP Karaoke January 2004 Urban Karaoke January 2004 Here is the "Sing It Now" website http://www.singitnow.com/cgi-bin/Web...gItNow/default |

This only happens on certain tracks of the "Sing It Now" discs.

This is an older drive, that did support the CD+G format. We had problems with these drives when we were shipping them. About 5 out of 10 of these would fail. Luckily Plextor then came along and got rid of this problem.
This will happen on more discs for you than just the ones that you are stating. This is a drive issue and the only way to fix it would be to replace it with a Plextor 716a or any other 716 model drive.
