My Account is Not Showing My Latest Purchase
I'm copying this over from the Microstudio General Discussion forum since this new forum is now open:
I logged in to my account and it doesn't show that I purchased an additional upgrade this past August. The last transaction listed is from 2003 and the link is long expired. My e-mail link also only offers version 2.611. The details from my e-mail: Order#: 23743 Date: 08/22/2005 Thanks! |

I have notified the Web programmer of this problem.
We had some orders that did this, that occured during the switch to our new store. This was between Aug 21-27 of 2005. This is what the problem was. I have also emailed you a link to download the file from so that you can go ahead and get it.

Upgrade Problem - "Software Already Installed on Three Computers"
I've gotten the software downloaded - thanks for the quick response. Now the upgrade is telling me the program has already been installed on three different computers? Does this count include Internet activation for upgrades? I only install to one computer, so this has always confused me. Coould I get the count reset? Thanks!!!

I hope that you are now running. However, I did just now delete one of your registration records, so you can install again.
In checking the records, I noted you report you have only installed on this one computer. Are you absolutely sure of this? It show two records nearly the same, but a third record is quite different, and using a very different IP address. I'm not questionining your integrity, but if your statement is correct, I need to have a talk with our programmers. |
