Cool Keyrite serial number not recognized

I purchased the upgrade to Suite 4 and all but Keywrite loaded. Keywrite however repeatedly comes back as "Serial Number does not match your registration information. Please reinstall Keywrite and try again." I have tried this and while connecting to send the registration information the transmission stops with "Back to try again" and "Next to load to disk for install to another computer." This doesn't work. I seem to be stuck at the sending registration info. I also cannot remove the program from my computer to reinstall, it automatically goes to the install wizard. I had this problem with my previous Keywrite upgrade but have since upgraded my mother board and made other changes so I virtually have a new computer. I trust you will be able to help. Thak you, John.
