Pitch Shift?

Question concerning the pitch shifting ...

First I might be in the wrong area ... we are looking at the MTU Portable PC solution and I would like to know when you go up or down for the key, how much change happens?

Is it 50 Cents or a full semitone? What increment.

Also, is the Keywrite something that you need along with the Hoster software to do proper pitch shifting, or is this product for something else.

Please excuse a possible ignorant question; however, the FAQ section doesn't seem to be working correctly, so I have posted here.

Thanks

Keyrite will change + or - five semitones in increments of 1/2 note.

Keyrite is designed to change any .WAV or Karaoke .CDG track from the hard drive.

It is not necessary to use Keyrite with Hoster as Hoster has the same key changer built in and you can preselect a key change for a track loaded into the playlist, or change it "on the fly" if necessary.

Hope this helps,

George

Ok!

Thanks for the info. That answered my question.

I didn't want to have to layer program after program in the bit stream for sound output.
