Smile Finally over the burning frustrastion

I have just successfully compiled and burned my first four karaoke cd's after a few weeks of frustration. I recently purchased in November a Sony Vaio PCV-RX550 with Pioneer CD-Rom & Sony CD-R recorder only to find out I could not burn cd+g's. After reserching bulletin board forums about karaoke, I found out I needed a cd+g compatible recorder as well as compatible software. I then purchased a Plextor USB 24/10/40U external $229.00, USB 2.0 adapter host card(Siig) $39.00 at CompUSA, and of course MTU Microstudio. I still found failure for a few days until MTU tech support gave me info on installing properly and downloading drives. I am happy now, but I just wished there had been an easier way to install & get up burning cd's.
Thanks MTU
Jackie
