Any music that she has on her computer, she must have backed up. If she doesn't and reformats then she will lose it.
Since she didn't keep a copy of the software when she downloaded it she will have to purchase the upgrade from
www.mtu.com for $15. Once she does this, she must keep her original Email that is sent to her with the "Personal Download Link" in it. This way she can download the software when she needs it. She can also print this email and keep it as the hard copy as it is more important than the .exe file that is on a CD.
