Registration reset

Hello & Help,

I installed Windows XP SP2 without knowing that the Intel chipset on my motherboard was one of the ones that is incompatible with Xp. Needless to say my computer would not reboot. Since then I have reformatted and reinstalled everything, and have sworn not to re-install SP2.

But what I need now is to have my registration reset, since it says that I already have Microstudio installed on three different machines.

I know I asked for my registration to be reset in September when I replaced the motherboard and hard drive and getting that resolved was a bit of a fight to convince everyone involved that I was a legitimate Microstudio owner. Now I'm begging to all involved, please reset me without making me jump through too many hoops this time...please?
