Installing KHP on new computer.

I've got a new computer and installed all my MTU products. Karaoke Pro V.4.008 gives me the Error Message:

System Error #1
Contact MTU

Is my only option to call MTU?
It's the 4th of July weekend which means I won't get any help from them for 5 or 6 days.

glash,

You can find most causes relating to System Error #1 by clicking here.

I suggest you upgrade to KHPro latest version which is 4.103 as yours 4.008 has been replaced. 4.103 does not have a "system error #1" error message.

You can read about 4.103 by clicking here.

Good luck,

Jon

It still doesn't work

I upgraded as suggested and when I attempted to install, it asked for a serial number. I typed in my original Ser# for KPro and it didn't accept it. It told me to type in my original "registration number" in the Ser# box. I've got all kinds of Serial Numbers for MTU products but nothing labelled "registration number".

Does anybody have any ideas?

Oops

I figured it out. The Registration Code is on the install instructions page.

Wink 99%, it's the problem!

In the end, it usually comes down to something simple we overlook.

I am glad you figured it out.

Enjoy,

Jon
