Here I go again, I wonder why I can not get any help? "serial number and registration number do not match". When I purchased the older version of KHP I had a different email address, would that make a difference? When I purchased the upgrade I used my new address. My email instructions has the new email address. Boy am I confused. Please help, second request.

It's my understanding you must use the original email address for installation, even if you are not longer using it.

I just tried installing with your Email and your Code and it works no problem for me. I would uninstall the KHP 4.103 completely, by running the installation again and selecting Remove. Reboot the computer.

Make sure that you are logged onto the computer with Administrative Privileges. Then Reinstall the software. Let us know if this then works correctly.
