Not only did you remove the unpleasant Mute effect but you've improve the sound!! The actual version (2.517) will have more of a narrow sound which will of course have more mid's and will cut the highs, now the sound is wider, open and will of course give you a smooth sound. Maybe this wasn't mention by anyone before but I noticed it while I was Beta testing Keyrite 2.0 & the change of sound occured at time on Microstudio.

This new Micro version offers lot's of help for who ever purchase the software for the first time!
