Question Update Drivers

Would it be possible to know from MTU if they have in mind in a near future to update there driver to be able to support more models of player that are capable of reading/writting cdg?

I often read people saying that there drive does work with other software but not Microstudio so it might be a solution.

I know Plextor is by far the most reliable choice but you can still find brands on the market that does a very good job and people who happen to have them could than use Microstudio.

Just a question or more like a suggestion

Best Regards

This would require a total redesign

Changing from CDG access of a drive to RAW DAO96 method is a total redesign taking an estimated 6 man-months to accomplish. We would not do it unless we were confident we could retain all the functions Microstudio now provides.

Now, you have a better understanding what it will take for us to do this.
