KPro - Cannot get my serial number

Hello,

I bought the upgrade to KPro (from 2.0.0.9), but I am having the following problem:

When I used the KProID.exe I selected the NETWORK ADAPTOR and clicked "Register", which says that it will access MTU's website registration form. Nothing happened when I clicked the button, though I was connected to the internet. I also tried the "Make Floppy" button, but got an error message.

I am using the built-in modem with a dial-up connection. The computer does have an ethernet port which KProID recognizes.

The computer is running Windows XP.

Please help.

Aloysius

This is a strange one

Please turn your computer off and back on, then run KProID.exe again. I don't know of any reason why it won't connect with your dialup modem.

If this does not work, please post back here and I'll have our engineers take a look at it.

I tried it several times and ways, including that which you describe, but to no avail.
