I'm thinking of buying KhPro but I need to know if what I wish to do is legal?

Convert some Midi Files into CDG Files?

Ad the lyrics to MY Karaoke Instrumental disk & convert to CDG?

Do I need to own the rights of the Midi Files before converting to CDG?
All my Midi Files comes from Internet (Free), I guess I have no rights to use them outside my home (Personal).

Also, if I buy Vogone & remove the singer on an Elvis cd that I OWN, ad the lyrics & convert to CDG, is that legal?
