Database Lookup Not Working!

The Database Lookup doesn\'t work in the latest version. I\'m trying to rip over 3000 plus disc\'s and really need this feature fixed.

thanks

Re: Database Lookup Not Working!

Are you referring to the import CD tracks dialog ?

Are you saying that if you select a brand from the Brand box that no disc Ids appear in the dropdown of that window ?

If so check the Hoster data folder for a file named Bucket.mbd, you can access that from the tools menu, if that is missing that is probably the problem.

Re: Database Lookup Not Working!

No - in microstudio all you get is a drop down menu that says \"enable database lookup\".

It\'s checked on mine

Then when I read the disc it\'s supposed to import the track list from somewhere online and auto name my tracks. But it won\'t do it.

It\'s not setup to work the same way hoster works. So if your referring to anything related to hoster then it won\'t help in my situation.

Re: Database Lookup Not Working!

Sorry I did not read the thread header properly I thought it was regarding Hoster.

I just checked my own and getting the same.
I think the server must be down which supplies the info because I also tried it using Hoster and that is returning nil results as well.

When did you first notice It, was it only today ?

I should try it again tomorrow see if its working then. Meantime If no results appear tomorrow ill report it to MTU see if they know whats happening.
