I have followed the instructions to a "T" (correct EMail address and CORRECT Serial #. The program does not reach "Authorization Success", it simply returns to browser window. I've done this 7 times...WON'T INSTALL. What else can I do? I'm running WIndows 98 and have a Yamaha CRW2100EZ CD Burner. Plenty of memory and have MicrosoftX the latest version.

Someone please help before I have to send it back.

Thanks
Denyse

Question

I had the same problem when trying to upgrade to 2.000. Unfortunately the only way I found to solve this problem was to contact customer support, with my problem.I sent them all my codes and serial #. They sent back a new serial # and the program installed correctly.

Denyse, you are not correctly entering the email and serial number provided in the download instruction email from MTU.

When you are entering the above codes and the install program exists instead of continues, you have not entered the correct codes, or entered them incorrectly. If you just received the codes this year, they will install Microstudio V2.200.

If you still have problems, email support@mtu.com to check your serial number.
