songverter131.09setup will not run
Got a update message to download and run songverter131.09setup. the thing is I down loaded it but it will not run. Just comes up with compatability issue or just won't run at all. I am using Win 7 pro 63bit. any ideas please

That version was released 15th Aug 2011 2 years ago, what version were you using before you tried to update ?
Are you entitled to that update ? Were you trying to install on a new computer ? Anyway right click on the icon, select properties/compatibility, is the box ticked for compatibility ? If it is, what mode is it running in ? If anything other than windows 7 try changing it to windows 7 or un-tick the box then see if it runs.

Hi, Ron. The version installed is 1.31 and I have used it a couple of times this year, opened it up tonight and it came up with update available and the update was free. Thanks
