making cdg disc

Tracks copy at high speed (Key)
Songs were copied from main external hard drive to a flash drive after they were keyed down to desireable setting.
Songs played OK when played directly from flash drive to Hoster.
But when copied to disc with microstudio, some played at normal speed and most played keyed up way to much. ANY IDEAS,
Thanks Mike

PS No previous trouble Making CDG discs using same equipment

Re: making cdg disc

I don't understand your first line "Tracks copy at high speed (Key)"

What program did you use to change the key of the songs ?
What format were they in, mp3+g, bin, zip or some other ?

I have not ever tried changing the key of a song myself and saving it and I don't have keyright so I'm not going to be a lot of help to you.

Perhaps others will be able to answer this question.

Re: making cdg disc

I've done everything you're doing with keyrite and microstudio as far as changing keys and saving files and copying to discs. I'm a little confused about what's exactly happening to you. Please describe your situation again step by step, if you can.

Re: making cdg disc

converted songs with keyrite to seperate list on a flashdrive.
Most of my songs must be lowered (down 2 steps).
burned this list using microstudio to a cdg disc.
songs sound like I keyed them up about 10 steps or more.
this same proccess was used many times before with same computer, same burner, same discs. and same up to date MTU programs
