Yes, the only thing that didn't work for 64 bit on the old version was writing to disc this is now working for 64bit, I have it on my windows 7 laptop. You can read the actual changes here: http://www.mtu.com/upgrades/microstudio.htm#Versions

The layout and other functions are the same as before, most of the changes are to do with automatic notification of upgrades and some bug fixes.
So treat yourself and buy that new computer you've been waiting a long time for.

That's exactly what i have been sitting here waiting over two years for. I realize it didn't write disc, and i opted to wait untill it did. My question is again....

Re: Are All Fuctions on 4.23 A Go for 64 Bit?

Just downloaded the new 64 bit Microstudio.
When I attempted to install, a message was returned that
stated the software is designed for a 32 bit machine and
will not install on Windows 7, 64 bit.

oops..uh oh. These are the kinda things i'm sitting back waiting to see if they can straighten them out. But are you sure this isn't a window's warning? Sure looks like it. Looks like maybe windows is telling you the software will not work on a 64 bit windows 7 operating system...which of course we know it will...right?
