Micro Studio V4006 Runtime Error

I am having a problem with Micro Studio V4006, I keep getting Runtime Error when i refesh what do I Do? I had no problem refreshing until I added and aditional 3000 zip files, Once I added the new file the refresh time of course became longer Then it shuts down before it can completes the refresh and the Message appears saying Micro studio, this application has requested the runtime to terminate its runtime in an unsusaul way
System I working with is a MTU Ruggidized, XP Hm eddittion serv. Pack 3
Intel ( R) Core (TM) Duo CPU T7250@2.00 ghz 779 Mhz 1.99 GB RAM

Make sure your computer is up to date with Microsoft Updates website. By this I mean using the "Custom" button and not the "Express" button nor do I mean the Auto Updates.
Re-install Microstudio.
I am assuming by "added additional 3000 zips" you mean you have added them to Hoster so they are KMA files.

One of our KJ's is having similar difficulties with V.4.22. Getting "Runtime error F; Visual c++ etc, etc.

Win XP Home SP3 all updates.

Any ideas????

Doesn't change from above. If updates are current then re-install.
And there have been a lot of new updates from Microsoft in the last two weeks, both critical and software updates.
