Inporting ZIP CDG file crashes MTU

I recent purchased another KJ business and they had taken the time to convert all their karaoke disks to a compressed CDG format. (ZIP) These inported and played correctly in my other (competitiors) product so I am assuming they and not corrupt; but as soon as I try and inport into Hoster (single or batch) it closes MTU and say and error occured?

Any ideas?
Any limitations on the numbers I can inport at once?

Thanks in advance

Unzip one of them and re-zip it using normal compression. Hoster doesn't like zip files that are compressed at max.

Is this really the only option?

It doesn't sound to practicle seeing as how there 27,000 files? Also the seem to work in other programs just fine? I will try it to confirm but any other ideas?

Thanks in advance

You can do a batch unzip and re-zip using mp3gtools. With that many files it may take a while, but if you want your zips to work with hoster I would recomend doing it.
