No Video!!

I was wondering if anyone may be able to help me. I uploaded my karaoke songs off of my CAVS JB-99 unit on to my computer. I just purchased the Hoster ver. 3.120 program. The only problem now is when I play the files, I get audio, but no video. The files were imported as both .cdg and .mp3, which I assume is how they should be. I guess my question is if I need to change them to another format (and if so, how to do it), or if possibly the music coming of the CAVS unit may be coded or something that it wont allow the program to play them. It would just be so much easier, rather than copying all the cds onto the computer. Please help! Thanks!
