Hoster Lite

Am running Hoster lite.
There is an occasional click in the audio playback. It is not an actual drop out,
just a click/pop.
Also it would not play the first 6 cd's loaded into Hoster Lite
Could highlite song, hit play and it showed "cue", then "error" and would not play.
I reloaded those cd's and now it works.
Any ideas about these problems?

I am not sure what could cause the Audio to drop or do as you state, other than some program running in the bacground that caused this.

As to your CD's not showing, did you import the CD's and then move the .kma files to a different location? If so, this is why it worked when you reimported the discs. You can move the files, but you must then rebuild the Songs.mdb database for it to then recognize the files.

Brian,

All .kma files are on the same hard drive, no folder.
The files showed up in explorer but Hoster Lite wouldn't play them even
though it found them.
Re-imported and it found them and played them. Strange??

As to the ocassional pop/click I wonder if it has to do with the
compression of the files or maybe just glitches in importing?

Have never had pops/clicks using Microstudio and .cdg files.

Thanks.
