Hoster upgrade

I purchased the new upgrade to hoster that was offered. The down load link was available instantly, I have since spent 3 hours and many times trying to install the upgrade. I do not have internet on my hoster computer so I am required to take floppy to a computer with internet service. I have three computers: one has cable internet, the other has satillite internet and the third one has dial up. I have tried over and over on every one of these computers while they were online and I get the message my computer cannot connect to the internet. how do i get this program registered. My old hoster program was erased and I am without a hoster program

I now have installed satilite internet and still can not reach MTU to register program. Error message: could not connect.
