Importing a track from cd into 2.0

I tried importing a track from a cdg and I got great sound but now words. What went wrong or what else do I have to do? I also tried to load the cdg on to the haed drive and still did not get any words. The disc is Priddis Pro Sound #1114D. Is this a disc that can't be copied to a harddrive or play on the hoster program?
