Freezing in KHP 3.010 while placing lyrics

I have tried KHP 3 and unfortunately it constantly freezes while placing the lyrics. Often the music will continue and the program will have frozen. This happens at random points while placing the lyrics or playback. The only way to get out of it is to do the dreaded ALT-CNTRL-DLT

Looking for help and to see if anyone else is experiencing the problems. Would be nice to get software running... Running Windows XP on Pentium4-1.3 with 256mb ram, Sound Blaster Live, NVidia GeForce-2 and DirectX 8.1

Please Help, want to work, I already paid for it...

Red face This is the first possible bug report

There is a new post made by MTUSUPPORT in this forum about a slow sweep problem that can occur with some audio card setups. Please read it and see if it helps your problem.

Please email us the lyrics file that it is locking up with, and screen images of your 3 Cange Settings Tabs.

Also, what is the manufacturer and model number of your audio card?

We'll try to see if it is a code bug, or a problem with your particular setup. Please understand, the more details you can provide us, the faster we can identify the problem. We must first re-create the problem before it can be solved. Once we do that, its as good as gone.

David, hopefully this might save you some time. Click on start, then run, then type in DXDIAG, and click OK. Copy down the information you see regarding your system and repost that info for admin.

Take care,

George

Might also be helpful to tell them at just what stage of the process the freezing up is happening.
