Found the problem, I had never upgraded to WMP 11 , never liked that version, guess what, it's needed to opperate the new 4.11. Key change sounds great now. Will upgrade the other units after I install WMP 11.

I would like to add that the Key changer sounds better than it ever has, maybe I needed to upgrade WMP before now.
