That is a possibility. I know this is going to sound a bit crazy but look on the Intermission page in the Show Display tool. In the middle section you have a control called Position. What is this set to (Center, Tile, or Strecth)? If it isn't set for Stretch try doing that and check your videos. The Intermission controls also control the Video VJ settings.
Another thought to me is that Windows Media Player is also playing these Videos at the same time Hoster is which would be giving you the full screen video over Hoster on the computer. What is strange is that Hoster from 4.09 will not play veideo in the Preview screen. In other words the only place Hoster is paying the videos is on the Singer's Display.
You have said you are using dual screen. Are they playing correctly on the second screen? Also are the two displays of video in sync with each other?
