Did you possibly mix up your registration codes for the two computers?
Did you change anything on either computer since last installing?
Were those purchases "Upgrade" or "Full" versions and did you try to "Upgrade" or "Remove" (and install)?
If you submitted your Ticket today they should get to it within a couple days.

If you are referring to adding Videos to the database imports then no it has not been completed yet. I don't believe they said it would be in 4.10 but will be in 4.20 instead.
Version 4.11 is being worked on right now for release this week to fix a couple bugs that slipped through on 4.10. I am not sure what is next for them to work on though.
