I would say if your not having any problems, then you might not have to do the Must Do changes, but if you start to, then that would be the first thing for you to do.

For all having this problem. Do the following also and Post it here in this thread.

Quote:
NOTE: This will work for Windows Xp, Vista and Windows 7
1) Go to the Star Menu
2) Left click on All Programs.
3) Left Click on Accessories
4) Left Click on System Tools
5) Left click on System Information

Once this is open, left click on Edit, Select All
Now left click on Edit again and select Copy.

Now come into the Forum and Paste that information into this Forum thread, by Right clicking on the Forum text box and selecting Paste.

This is what you should see when you Right click and select Paste.

Sleflar,
That is one over powered system. It should not have any problem with any software, I would think.

Did you try to delete the Registry Entries as stated in the above posts?

I did the reg entries you wanted and ran a reg cleaner. Hoster still only stays up for about 30 seconds. I'll try my laptop next and see if the same thing happens. Wish me luck

ok so I tried the clear registry check box and running my registry cleaner but no go.
Also read a post about a newer release same version but with minor update so I downloaded again and installed with check mark in clear reg values dialogue.
Still shut down after 40 second or so.
Opened again and hit play in auto mode
First full song played I searched and added a song to the list while playing
no problem. Next song played.
Pressed Stop and switched to MAN.
Opened tools menu and got the shut down again.
Not sure how long a list would play in auto but it sure would be a challenge to build a new list if it shuts down every 40 seconds or so.
I have made all changes required for XP
I have done all Custom Updates
Here is the info from Sytem as requested by MTU

OS Name Microsoft Windows XP Professional

System Directory C:\WINDOWS\system32

Available Physical Memory 738.43 MB
Total Virtual Memory 2.00 GB
Available Virtual Memory 1.96 GB
Page File Space 2.83 GB
Page File C:\pagefile.sys

Not sure why Total Physical Memory is Showing Up as 768 MB as I have 1.2 Gigs Installed??
Could this be the problem with Hoster performing the requirement check and if so why wouldn't it say there specify such an error instead of just a sorry but Hoster must shut down???

Trying to give as much info as I can.

Thanks
Chuck
