It is Labor Day and MTU is closed for the day. Even an emergency ticket will not help you on the weekend or holidays.
I am unsure exactly what your problem is, but if you could explain a bit more detailed as to what you are trying to do then I may be able to help you. If you bought the upgrade and this is a new computer you do have to install the version 3.XX first before trying to install the 4.09 upgrade. If your problem is installing the version 3 (such as an error saying you have it installed on two computers already) then you will have to wait until they come back to work tomorrow and get to your ticket. If it is installing the version 4 upgrade (after the version 3 install) then use the new registration code in your store account for that purchase to install. If you bought the full version then again use the registration code in your store account for this purchase to install it.

oh i c... I forgot that I have to download the old hoster first before putting the new one on the new comp.
