It seems like it would be much more cost effective to use the original tracks. It would eliminate the cost of reproduction and would eliminate the crappy versions.
Maybe they could hook up with a company like SC to add the graphics, or buy one of the current makers program and do it themselves. That would be the coolest CD out there. Half original songs and half with karaoke/graphics of the same songs. They would sell a ton of them.
