"Old timer" needs an upgrade....

A friend of mine who actually got me turned on to Hoster is looking to upgrade his Hoster. I am up to 4.09 and he is still at 3.1. He originally bought his Hoster before it was required to be connected to the internet- he received the discs from MTU in the mail. So how can he upgrade to 4.09? Will one of his licenses be taken by the old pc that's never been hooked up to the internet? Does he just basically start anew with 4.09? He's not very computer literate...........

He will need to submit a support ticket to reset his license. He will also need to install 3.xx first, then do the upgrade. From that point on, it will just be a matter of removing it from one machine before installing on a different one.
