FIXED Error 3315 - Upgrading to 4.0x some users saw "Field 'Songs.Track' cannot be a zero-length string (3315)", or "Field 'songs.MfgName' cannot be a zero length string (3315)." The current error checking is identifying files imported in prior Hoster versions with rare problems.

This is taken from previouse fixes.
