TRY REPAIRING YOUR IE v5.5. GO TO MY COMPUTER, CONTROL PANEL, ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS. SEARCH FOR "MICROSOFT INTERENT EXPLORER 5.5 AND INTERNET TOOLS", THEN CLICK ON ADD/REMOVE. YOU WILL GET A POP UP BOX, SELECT "REPAIR". AFTER IT'S REPAIRED IE 5.5, RE-BOOT THE COMPUTER. THIS SHOULD CORRECT ANY CORRUPTED FILES OR MISSING FILES IN IE 5.5.

ALSO, IF THIS DOESN'T WORK.......GO TO WINDOWS UPDATE AND GET IE 6.0 AND SERVICE PACK 1.
