Those problems have long been fixed and a lot of new features added since 3.312. Hoster is now up to version 4.08.
As I said there are no Access files with an extension of MDP. This could be a virus causing that, so I would check for one. I do know that if there isn't a Backup file that Hoster will recreate which is why that file showed up again.
