This is what concerns me "Copy of 0003-15.kma"!! Is there another file in the same folder that is just named "0003-15.kma"?? If so there is your duplicate.
If not and this is the only copy in the folder then it isn't actually a duplicate. Back when all the problems were going on with the disappearing song files in versions 3.318 and 3.319 I think this problem was occuring too but was overlooked. Whatever they changed to fix the missing files also fixed this to keep it from occuring again. However if it had already happened their fix did not fix the files themselves.
So if you do not have 2 copies of the KMA file(s) in the folder as I asked in first paragraph, then you need to re-import those files to correct the header so it is no longer recognized as a duplicate the next time you rebuild.

If you have 2 copies of the same KMA (0003-15.kma and Copy of 0003-15.kma) in the same folder, when the database is built it will see 2 files that have the same BookID in the Header of the file. The second copy is then seen as a duplicate. If those copies are also on the second computer then you will also have "duplicates" and need to delete them as well.
After you have deleted all the "copies" then rebuild your database to make sure no more show up.

You have got me so confused. Work on one computer first and get it straight then deal with the other one. This is not easy without being able to see exactly what you have.
Do you have all your song files (KMA) in one folder? And is that the only folder listed in the Rebuild "Song Source Folders" list?
Does your folder or folders where you have all your KMA files have the right number of files (however many songs you have)?

yes

all files are in one folder all are KMA and from what I can tell there are no duplicates.

Now if I do this to pc #2 hit rebuild right?

Do you import your songs directly from the CDs or do you import them to the computer by other means (as ZIP or MP3+G) then import into Hoster from the hard drive?
I am having a hard time understanding exactly how you have added these song files as all of your DiskIDs seem to be numbers only instead of the normal ID that Hoster uses which is something like "CB9045" (Chartbuster 9045).
I am going to send you a private message with my email address. When you get it send me an email with copies of the "BuildSongDBLog.txt" and your "Songs.mdb" files attached. From those I think I can figure out exactly what needs to be re-imported. That is if you don't mind me knowing what you have.
