With AVG, you can just disable, but can't seem to disable mcafee anywhere.
bryant does your mini laptop has an s-video , and if not what kind of adapter do you use, i was told by people from www.monoprice.com that if your laptop has no s-video out the pc to tv converter may not work, i have an adapter from eitech ( maxview pc to tv converter that i used with my old laptop that has no s-video out, just vga and it works fine )i havent tried it yet on my mini though..

That's the kind of thing I use. The 9-pin video connector goes in the mini which goes to a small (size of bar of soap) tv converter, and that has s-video, rca, and 9-pin out as well. It works well. I think yours will do the trick, too.

I'm looking for a small AC powered converter box as well. I have S Video on my laptop. But i need to run into a RF Converter to go RG6 in some of the clubs. Mine is getting old. Any suggestions? George
